The play is set in a small Texas town and follows Jason, a teenage boy who is part of a church puppet ministry. Jason’s life takes a strange turn when his puppet, Tyrone, takes on a life of its own. Tyrone becomes increasingly uncontrollable, speaking and acting in ways that shock and disturb those around him, often pushing Jason toward rebellious and violent behaviour.
The story delves into the complexities of faith, family, and the human need to control or suppress parts of oneself.
